Order flowers online
Sending flowers can be so easy: After you have made your selection on one of our main pages such as "Send a bouquet of flowers" and chosen your desired delivery date, our flowers and plants are prepared for dispatch. This happens the day before your desired delivery date. Would you like to send flowers to a different delivery address? No problem! If you want to make others happy, simply enter the delivery address of the recipient of your choice. All of our items are delivered by our shipping partners DHL and DPD. We can currently send flowers to delivery countries Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Our shipping partner
The orders are delivered by our shipping partners DHL or DPD in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. The delivery takes place in the time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m..
Desired delivery date
When ordering flowers, you can specify a desired date for the delivery of your flower order. Orders for delivery in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium are sent by DHL or DPD the day before the requested delivery date.

Shipping methods
Standard delivery in Germany by DHL parcel:

For deliveries on Tuesdays to Saturdays, orders must be accepted by 3:00 p.m. on the day before delivery. For Mondays, however, orders must be accepted by 3:00 p.m. on Fridays.

Dispatch on the day before (working day) the requested delivery date. Delivery time 1-2 working days. Delivery on the requested day not guaranteed.

Please note that we may ship two days before the requested delivery date due to the increased volume of parcels before public holidays, such as Mother's Day.
Small parcel (Goods shipment) in Germany by DHL:
- Only available for the products rose box, plant box, dried flower box, silk flower box and flower seeds in gift box.
- For deliveries on Tuesdays to Saturdays, orders must be accepted by 3:00 p.m. on the day before delivery. For Mondays, however, orders must be accepted by 3:00 p.m. on Fridays.
- Dispatch the day before (on working days) the requested delivery date. Delivery time 1-2 working days. Delivery on the requested day not guaranteed.
Express delivery in Germany by DPD Express:

For deliveries on Tuesdays to Saturdays, orders must be accepted by 3:00 p.m. on the day before delivery.

Bulky goods shipping in Germany via DPD:
- Only for large plants over 120cm in height.
- Delivery takes 2-7 working days.
- No desired delivery date possible.
- Shipping costs are charged per item ordered.
It is not possible to combine items with different shipping methods. For orders from different product groups (bouquets, letter boxes, houseplants or XXL plants), please place a separate order for each group.

Delivery to private addresses:
When delivering the order to a private address, it must be ensured that the recipient's name is clearly displayed on the doorbell and letterbox. Otherwise our shipping partner will not be able to deliver the order. Please note that no parcel store, PO box or Packstation can be specified as the delivery address.
Important: If the recipient cannot be found, delivery will be made to a neighbor using standard shipping or the item will be taken to a post office / pick-up station for collection. With premium shipping via DPD Express, a new delivery will be made promptly or the parcel will be taken to a neighbor or the nearest pick-up branch / station for collection.
DHL store routing: What happens if an incorrect delivery address is entered?
If the recipient cannot be found at the specified address for any reason, we now offer the DHL branch routing service. This means that if the parcel cannot be delivered, it may be taken to the nearest branch. You can see which post office it is in the DHL shipment tracking system.
We will automatically send you the tracking notification by e-mail. You can use this function to track your order at any time. You will receive a separate notification from us and from DHL if the parcel carrier is unable to deliver your order. We kindly ask you to inform the recipient of the flower greeting about the status of the order. The shipment can be received upon presentation of an ID and the pick-up notification (e-mail).
Information on delivery to a drop-off location
Delivery to a desired drop-off location, such as a garage, patio, carport or similar, can be selected via the shipping partner's shipment tracking or via a drop-off contract. According to the general terms and conditions of the shipping partners, liability for the parcel ceases when it is delivered to a drop-off location. As we are unfortunately unable to track how long and under what conditions the parcel was stored at the drop-off location, the freshness promise expires in the event of delivery to a drop-off location.
Delivery to business addresses:
Deliveries to business addresses are possible. For deliveries to a business address, the name of the company / business and the name of the recipient must be specified when ordering. If the name of the company / business is not given, but it is still a business delivery address, the order may not be able to be delivered. Please note that some companies do not accept parcel shipments on Saturdays.
Delivery to a hospital / rehabilitation or spa facility:
Deliveries to patients in a hospital or rehabilitation/spa facility are generally possible. Please note that some hospitals and rehabilitation facilities do not accept parcel deliveries on Saturdays. We recommend registering the flower delivery with the relevant facility in advance so that there are no misunderstandings when the flowers are accepted. When ordering, the name of the recipient and the ward / room number must be stated. If the name, ward and / or room number are not stated, the order may not be delivered. Note: If you are unsure, you should contact the gate of the respective facility before ordering.
Delivery to an island:
Delivery to recipients located on German North Sea or Baltic Sea islands is possible via DHL standard shipping/ Parcel letter DPD. However, as there may be delays in delivery, we would like to point out that the desired delivery date should at best be specified one day earlier so that delivery can be made on the desired occasion. Unfortunately, express delivery is not possible to the islands.
